Professor Richard Weston
Richard Weston is a Professor of Flexible Automation, Academic Director of the Loughborough Centre of Excellence in Customised Assembly (CECA) and Head of Manufacturing Systems Integration (MSI) Research Institute, Wolfson School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Loughborough University. Professor Weston’s extensive expertise covers enterprise modelling, enterprise integration, software systems engineering, human systems modelling, methods based engineering and flexible automation. He has authored around 350 publications in journals, conference proceedings and books.
