The current economic climate poses a new set of business problems that challenge organisations to focus on cost and efficiency by managing resources (human, capital or technological) to achieve goals and objectives. Loughborough University’s Centre of Excellence in Customised Assembly FREE event is aimed at demonstrating tools and methodologies which can help organisations better understand their processes and interpret these through methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), lean, agile, etc.

After the seminar, participants will be able to:
